Poker Night at the Inventory is a card game simulator released in 2010 by Telltale Games. It takes place in a secret club hidden beneath a video game storage warehouse, called The Inventory. The player gets the chance to play poker with Tycho Brahe from the Penny Arcade web comic, Max from the Sam & Max franchise, and the RED Heavy from Team Fortress 2. In the main room of The Inventory, there are several tables with candles in dice-shaped covers and a bar toward the center. This is where most of the poker games are held, as well as other events such as when Strong Bad and Marzipan performed a murder play in Make a Scene with Telltale at PAX 2010. One of the tables is also used by the gang of Homestar Runner to host their no-loser Candy Land, and there are portraits of players from previous tournaments on the wall, except for The Player, whose face remains unknown.

Throughout the course of each poker match, the characters interact and exchange banter with each other. They often mention their favorite hobbies and interests, as well as the names of other video games they play. In the process, the player learns some interesting facts about the other players.

If a player wins a hand, they will be awarded Team Fortress 2 items that can be redeemed in TF2. The amount of Team Fortress 2 items received depends on the type of hand won: winning a Straight, Flush or Full House will award more items than a High Roller or a Low Limit. The redeemed items can be used in the game and can be traded with other players.

A remix of the TF2 main theme song plays ocassionally during a poker game. A snippet of the Dangeresque theme is also played when a character receives a Full House.
